  • Our standard serving time is 2 hours. However, for events with more than 250 guests, we extend our service to 3 hours to ensure everyone gets to enjoy our delicious pancakes.

  • Yes, our pancake portions for every event is unlimited.

  • Yes, you can! Additional toppings or sauces can be added for an extra charge. Let us know your preferences for your customized menu, and we’ll provide you with a quote.

  • Yes, please set us know in advance for our team to prepare your gluten free pancake batter.

  • Yes, we cater for outdoor events, weather permitting. In the event of unexpected rain, we would need to relocate to an indoor space to protect our equipment from water damage.

  • Absolutely! Let us know your request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

  • Yes! We travel nationwide from West Yorkshire - our travel cost is included in your quote.

  • Celebration signage boards are pre-designed by our team and available to hire. These generic boards can be displayed on our cart or, if you’ve opted for a table setup, we can provide an easel for your event to display.

    Personalised boards, on the other hand, are custom-made just for you. These feature a special message, your name, or any text you choose. Our in-house graphic designer will create a draft design in your chosen text and colors for your approval, making your event truly unique.

  • Unfortunately, due to company policy, non-refundable deposits cannot be returned. Once a deposit is paid, we reserve the date exclusively for you, meaning we must turn away other potential bookings for that day. However, we do offer the option to transfer your deposit to a friend or family member, or apply it to a rescheduled date for one of your events (subject due to availability)

2.1. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits paid are non-refundable.
2.2. Once a deposit is paid, we reserve your requested date, and as a result, may decline other potential bookings.
2.3. Deposits may be transferable to a friend, family member, or another date, subject to availability and management approval.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@pancaked.uk.
3.2. If you wish to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3.3. If you cancel without rescheduling, any payments made will be forfeited.

4.1. We reserve the right to make changes to our services, pricing, or availability at any time.
4.2. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details for bookings or services to ensure smooth execution of your event.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Majority of content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and designs on this Website, is the property of and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5.2. Unauthorized use of any content from our Website is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our Website or services unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
